2017 International Rescue Committee Holiday Party Each year the IRC in Boise holds a Holiday party for newly arrived refugee families, with gifts donated by businesses and individuals in the Treasure Valley. Gifts for refugee families are items above and beyond what the families or the IRC can afford, and will help bring joy during the holiday season. All gifts need to be received by Monday December 11 th and can be dropped off between the hours of 9 am to 4:30 pm , Mon – Fri, at the IRC Boise’s offices – 7287 W Franklin Rd. Items should be new, please don’t wrap anything up, and please do note on your gift(s) that they are for the holiday party.
