Exchange Students

Jovanna is a 15 year old girl from Mexico. She says,  “Hello!! My name is Jovanna, I’m 15 years old. I'm cheerful, patient, sociable and very funny. I live with my two parents and I have a younger sister and a older brother. I practice Muay Thai but I also was in my state gymnastic team and the national dance team. I love camping, visit the beach, go out with my friends and go to the movies because is one of my favorite places. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, specialy on holidays as Christmas and New Year. I have a clear understanding that it is important to be helpful in the home. At school, I do community service. It consist in visiting a low income community and play with the kids and read them stories. For Christmas we give them toys and sing Christmas carols. I want to be an exchange student because I want to try new ways to study, a new education system and meet new people and places. This experience to study abroad its going to be a one time opportunity and I’m sure I will take the advantage of it. Thank you for choosing me and let me be part of your family. See you soon!!”
